PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
This notice covers browsing, language selection and contact through our corporate website.
Last updated:
1. Scope and operator
This website is operated by Tai’an Shuoling Network Technology Co., Ltd. (泰安朔瓴网络科技有限公司). This notice applies to the company, products, technology, contact and language pages on www.goshuoling.com.
The corporate website has no account registration, login, online payments, file uploads or inquiry submission form. Linked products such as Online Toolbox have their own features and rules. Please consult the relevant product's privacy information when using it.
2. Requests and operational records
When you visit, the server receives the IP address, requested path, time and browser request information needed to establish the connection and deliver pages. Access and error logging are configured for operation, troubleshooting and security.
The current page code includes no third-party advertising trackers, behavioral analytics or social login components. Browsing company information does not require you to provide your name, telephone number or identity documents.
3. Initial language and local IP lookup
When you visit the root address without a saved language, the server looks up the connecting IP in a local country database. Mainland China defaults to Chinese; other recognized countries and regions default to English. If lookup is unavailable, the browser's Accept-Language header is used.
The lookup runs locally, without sending your IP to an external lookup API. IP location may be inaccurate. An explicit language page is not redirected based on country, and you can choose a language at any time.
4. Language cookies
shuoling_auto records the initial language; shuoling_lang records a language you choose through the language links. Each stores only zh or en for 365 days. Your manual preference takes priority.
These cookies apply across this website, use HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and use Secure on HTTPS. They do not store a raw IP address or name and are not used for advertising profiles.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Clearing them resets the initial language decision. Blocking them does not prevent access to separate language pages, but your preference may not persist.
5. Email you choose to send
If you email the published contact address, email services process your sender address, message and any materials you attach. We use that information in connection with your inquiry, collaboration or related request.
A mailto link opens an email application. This website does not receive or store form submissions. Email transmission is also subject to the services used by you and the recipient. Please provide only information needed for the conversation.
6. Retention and security
Language cookie lifetimes are stated above. Access logs and correspondence should be retained only as needed for operation, security and the relevant conversation, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Retention may differ by record; this notice does not promise an unverified fixed period for all records.
Pages are served over HTTPS. We take account of necessity and access scope when handling operational information and correspondence. Protecting your device and email account remains important when communicating online.
7. External links and data attribution
The website links to Online Toolbox, the filing information service and DB-IP's data source. Displaying a link does not call a frontend IP lookup API. Following a link sends a request to the destination website, where its own rules apply.
DB-IP supplies the local country data. The footer link provides attribution; this website does not call its geolocation API in your browser.
8. Your choices and requests
You can choose a language, clear language cookies and decide whether to send email. To ask about access, correction, deletion or another request concerning information you previously supplied, use the email published on our contact page.
We may need to establish the connection between your request and the information concerned, and respond within applicable requirements and what can be practically handled. Avoid sending unrelated sensitive information to demonstrate your identity.
9. Updates
If website features or information handling change, we will update this page and its revision date. Questions about actual information handling can be raised through the contact page.
